This channel is available to employees, service providers, suppliers and customers to report complaints relating to the company. We guarantee that all reports will be handled confidentially and that whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation or victimization as a result of their disclosures.

All complaints are managed by Grupo Unimetal’s Internal Audit Department, following the most up-to-date conflict resolution protocols to assess the severity of the issue, the credibility of the information, and the likelihood of verifying the report through reliable sources.
Harassment or threats against the whistleblower for reporting via the Confidential Channel will not be tolerated.
Every effort will be made to keep the identity of the whistleblower confidential.
